1. MaheshwariJodi.com Terms of Use/Service Agreement

5. Cancellation

* solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and

14. Dispute Resolution
All Disputes and Differences whatsoever arising out or in relation to this subscription order/contract or order of Service shall be referred for resolution to a sole arbitrator, so appointed by TBSL at its sole discretion.
The said Arbitration shall be conducted in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 together with all statutory amendments made thereto. The Award made in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding on all the parties. The seat and venue of Arbitration shall be Pune and shall be governed by the Applicable laws of India.
15. Other
By becoming a Member of the MaheshwariJodi.com service, you agree to receive certain specific emails, calls for feedback and promotional offers from MaheshwariJodi.com . This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the MaheshwariJodi.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and MaheshwariJodi.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
